Analycia Pérez Mina
Analycia Pérez Mina is a founding partner of BE WATER Consulting. She has more than 20 year’s experience in strategic communications, organizational consulting and coaching, working with national and international companies. She enjoys working with small and medium sized organizations when they are at a point of key change in their process of growth, and with bigger organizations, helping their leaders to align their business strategy with their culture and behavior.
She believes that people flourish and achieve well-being and success, when they identify and leverage their strengths. This determines her coaching, consulting and facilitation styles. In particular, it reflects the way she works with leaders and teams at all levels of an organization, supporting them in achieving coherence of intent, action and impact in order to achieve challenging objectives.
Projects that exemplify her understanding of coaching, organizational change, culture and strategy include:
-
With an international telecommunications company: led a gender and diversity program based on achieving social change by accelerating the development of high potential women managers, strengthening their ability to become role models and future directors of the company.
-
In a company in the fashion industry: accompanied the leadership team in designing the strategy and the culture that would leverage past success and allow them to make difficult decisions in the present. She trained and coached the leadership team and helped roll out the strategy through improved processes and a made-to-measure organization structure.
-
In a film/ media organization, worked with the leadership and staff, in developing a shared understanding of their deep purpose, and in strengthening the newly defined culture aligned with their purpose and with their understanding of the ‘millennial’ culture.
