Definition:​
We work with organizations on the subject of diversity in general and also specifically on the subject of gender. Our premise is that the organization needs to ensure that the best people are in the best job at the right time, avoiding conscious or unconscious bias.

We accompany organizations by identifying beliefs held at organizational and individual levels and by adjusting specific processes or procedures within processes, and certain decision-making practices, to strengthen objectivity in areas where unconscious bias is difficult to avoid.

Typically our work on gender and diversity requires working on three levels:

Aligning perspectives at top management levels to see how the subject of diversity fits in to company strategy and ensure full conviction and expression of the benefits of diversity

Identifying and implementing (often small) adjustments in strategy, processes, organization structures or decision-making rules to protect the outcomes from unconscious bias.

Development of high potential individuals in minority groups (key decision-making or development positions), accompanying them in developing competencies and behaviors that allow them to overcome possible barriers to growth within the organization.

We create made-to-measure accelerated competency development programs that help the groups we work with achieve success.

An international telecommunications company with more than 20,000 employees, hired us to understand, strengthen and leverage the degree of diversity in their staff. We worked with a 25 person group of high potential managers to accompany them in becoming future directors of the company. With them, we also diagnosed and implemented solutions to enable the benefits of diversity in the company. One year after the project end, 40% of participants have been promoted to Director level and are leading change in the organization.
