Cecilia García Robles

 

Cecilia is a executive, certified coach who has worked with local and regional businesses in many industries, from education to manufacturing. Cecilia has supported clients with diverse needs: from preparing themselves to take a CEO position to integrating more effectively into their work teams.

Cecilia is an ‘integral coach’ certified by new Ventures West as well as an Ontological Coach, certified by Newfield Network. She graduated from Newfield’s Body and Movement course and is part of their team of coaches in the US and has been a montor in the certification program in Mexico City. She is a Somatic Coach, certified by the Strozzi Institute, focused on developing leadership through somatic coaching. She is also a Certified Lego® Serious Play® Facilitator and is a Professional Certified Coach (ICF).

She was President of the ICF Chapter in Mexico in 2017.

Cecilia has a deep understanding of the Ennegram Tool. She participated in the translation of the Rheti (Indicators for the Enneagram diagnosis of Riso Hudson), from the Enneagram Institute. She has taken cources with Riso Hudson about the system of typology of the Enneagram and how it applies to the business world.

She has studied musical theatre and brings creativity and fun to designing sessions and workshops.

Cecilia loves music, she plays the guitar and percussion instruments and is learning the piano. She also has a Yoga practice. She lives in Mexico City.
