• We work with teams to increase their power: strengthening the basic premises of why and how they interact and accompanying them in building trust in each other and the skill in conversation, to generate powerful action.

  • We like Martin Luther King Jr.’s definition of power: “Power properly understood is nothing but the ability to achieve purpose. It is the strength required to bring about change”

  • “Power”: Returning to the word’s Latin roots, “to be able”. To be increasingly able to fulfill your potential.

We walk side-by-side with teams, strengthening the coherence between what is ‘said’ institutionally and how the leadership team actually behaves.
