Heidi Seumenicht

 

Heidi is a business consultant with over 30 years of experience in the private, service, manufacturing, and government sectors.  

 

She has advised and collaborated with numerous national and international companies including Grupo Nacional Provincial, American Express Bank, Nestlé, Grupo Industrial Bimbo, Danone, Elektra, AXA Seguros, Petróleos Mexicanos, Mexico City Government, Mercedes Benz, Volkswagen in strategic planning, organizational and process design, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), identification of key competencies, development of training and professional development plans, change management and project management.

 

His focus is on identifying critical/key business issues, recognizing opportunities for improvement, and coming up with creative solutions that are quickly implementable. He has led executive teams for project execution, redesign, and problem-solving. He has the ability to respond quickly to situations that require immediate attention or under pressure, looking for the "go for it" that can be achieved.

As a trainer, facilitator, and lecturer, she has taught courses and workshops on strategic planning, change management, customer relationship management (CRM), risk management, project management, negotiation, and leadership, as well as other management skills for various companies and groups.

Heidi holds an MBA from ITAM, a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, and a multidimensional coaching certification.

Heidi has Mexican and German nationality, lives in Mexico City, and enjoys spending time with her family in close proximity to nature.
